Returns & Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations on personalised or custom items. This includes custom colours, personalised text, artwork, height charts, and cards.
Any product that is made to order or offers a choice of text or colour is considered a personalised/custom item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Non-personalised/non-custom
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original, unopened packaging
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 14 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EverlyRosePrints is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage after delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return, the quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
