What are you processing times?
Processing times vary from 3-7 working days. If I am on away or taking a break, this may be longer but the delay will be announced on my home page. During seasonal periods, this may be increased to 5-7 working days.
I've ordered multiple items, will they arrive together?
Unframed prints, 50x70, A2, A1 prints, frames & height charts dispatched separately.
I've made an error with my order, can I change it?
In some circumstances changes can be made to orders which have just been placed within in 2 hour window. Unfortunately as all prints and frames are made to order I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
I am happy to replace orders damaged during transit within 30 days of dispatch. Please reply to your order confirmation email and attach an image of the damage print and packaging. I am not responsible for damaged caused by the buyer when handling the prints. Please take extra care when removing prints from their cellophane sleeve.
My order arrived wrong. What should I do?
Please check your order is correct upon delivery. If I have made a mistake with your order, I am happy to replace this within 90 days of delivery. Please email me directly and include photos. I am not responsible for errors made by the buyer.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 2 hours of the order being placed. After this no changes can be made. Please contact me directly everlyrosprints@gmail.com or on instagram to cancel.
Delivery & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is Royal mail 2nd, Royal Mail 48 or Evri 48. Processing times vary 3-7 working days. This may take longer during seasonal periods. I am not responsible for courier delays.
Will delivery include tracking?
Most orders include tracking, there are some exceptions on smaller size prints.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK on my website but international shipping is coming soon!. In the mean time you can shop height charts worldwide and digital prints worldwide on my Etsy store.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns on any made to order items, personalised or custom orders. This includes custom colours or any personalised text. Refund Policy Can Be Found Here
